JOHN LATHAM: Works 1961-1995
Coinciding with three other John Latham exhibitions in London this spring, including the Whitechapel Art Gallery and Flat Time House (the late artist's home and studio), Karsten Schubert and Richard Saltoun are pleased to show John Latham: Works 1961-65 from 5th May to 11th June 2010.
Following on from Latham's retrospective at Tate Britain in 2005-6, the works in the exhibition include a group of works from the 1990s called Canvas Events, never previously exhibited. In addition, the exhibition is complemented by more known book pieces from the 1960s, including the Great Noit 1964, one of Latham's largest and most imposing works.
