Berlin: Remembering the Spectacle at HEIRLOOM, Copenhagen, revisits Rose English and Sally Potter's site-specific performance Berlin, realised in four parts across various squats and public spaces in central London in 1976. The exhibition marks the first time that English and Potter revisit their collective practice, featuring a new installation with props, costumes, photography, video as well as archival materials in a reflection on the nature and approach of performance documentation.
Berlin: Remembering the Spectacle is open 3 February – 9 April 2023, and will be travelling to Karsten Schubert Gallery Room 2 in Soho, London.
